A tak bychom mohli pokra\u010dovat d\u00e1le a d\u00e1le.Podstatn\u00e1 jm\u00e9na n\u00e1m ur\u010duj\u00ed hranice, na z\u00e1klad\u011b, kter\u00fdch nab\u00fdv\u00e1me dojmu, \u017ee v\u0161e je striktn\u011b dan\u00e9. U\u017e jen tento fakt je stresuj\u00edc\u00ed. S prac\u00ed je to zrovna tak. V\u00edme, \u017ee se bl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed deadline, ale ze stresu se ho za\u010dneme ob\u00e1vat, sp\u00ed\u0161e, ne\u017e abychom se t\u011b\u0161ili na to, \u017ee n\u011bco vytvo\u0159\u00edme. Nebo se sebou \u010dasto nejsme spokojen\u00ed. Bereme se jako stav, a ne proces, kter\u00fd je schopen pokroku za ka\u017ed\u00e9 situace.T\u00edmto se v\u00fdrazn\u011b li\u0161\u00ed my\u0161len\u00ed z\u00e1padn\u00ed civilizace od civilizac\u00ed ostatn\u00edch. Ne nadarmo se \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee &#8222;ve zdrav\u00e9m t\u011ble zdrav\u00fd duch&#8220;. A proto v\u010dle\u0148ujme do sv\u00e9ho dne alespo\u0148 p\u00e1r minut relaxu, zastaven\u00ed se a ohl\u00e9dnut\u00ed okolo sebe. Zd\u00e1 se to jako banalita, ale pokud si toto dovol\u00edme a p\u0159izn\u00e1me, budeme v\u00edce \u017e\u00edt p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00fdm okam\u017eikem.
